which shows a tear along the left edge and a little dark staining  toward the upper left corner

Great Old Scratch Made Crate Wood Folk Art House #2 1891 --on both parent and childA second of two houses found the other day in Maine, and while certainly made by the same person, 1920s 30s I would guess, each feels like its own special thing and is of substantial scale, so I am listing individually. Made from scratch using crate wood (with the print on the wood visible inside), with hand painted doors and windows, brick chimney and black painted roof.
